Has anyone ever ordered a mod from here? i did 10 days ago and I haven't gotn' it yet and i can't get ahold of them. they won't return my calls either. Anybody got info or anything that may help?

well guys i finally got the mod 17 days after i odered it and now i can't get the damn thing to work
i hooked it up just as the instructions said and nothing. the playstation keeps acting like i just turned it on for the first time. it asks me to ste the time and all that junk and wont play a damn thing not the originals not the back ups no dvds nothing. so i took it off and now it acts like i never touched it. plays the originals fine.

I placed an order there Feb 2 for a XBOX SKIN, which probably wasn't my smartest move.
It is now March 2 and I still haven't gotten shit from them. They dont answer my phone calls either or reply to my emails. And after reading about themodchip I figured if they ever do send me a skin, it will be in bad condition, used or wont even stick. So I just called my credit card company and asked for a charge back.

Alright all I am past aggravation with themodchip.com this thread is old but i gotta vent and ask something. I placed my order on aug 8th on the 10th my credit card was charged. I emailed them on them to see where the status was at got a letter back from them the saying this:
"Due to a recent bad batch of our remaining stock (a trace was broken
during production) we returned them and order a new huge batch of
brand spanking new xecuter 3 chips direct from teamx...
Were sorry this is delaying your order, if you dont mind waiting a
few more days your order will ship the same day we receive the chips,
if you wish to be refunded on your order we understand.
Please contact us if you wish to be refunded otherwise we will ship
you your order right away when we receive these chips next week." This letter was on the 12th..... umm today is the 22nd still don't have anything from them no chip....
So I was wondering if anyone that has cancelled from them if they have a cancellation fee...cause my patience is gone this is ridiculous.... Oh yes and i need suggestions on where to get a chip xecuter 3 ce with a solderless adapter? for a reasonable price somewhere that is fast and reliable.....

well i odered mine on the decmber 27th of 2005 form them and of right now i got them turned into the better bussiness breau. i would not recomend this company to anyone well anyway i am going to keep after them. I got the same run around as the rest of you this store just sucks do not odered form them

Well I finally got mine sometime after that. Although still wouldn't advise ordering from there to anyone. Shipment is just extremely slow...Just check other places..
As far as the chip nothing was damaged it works perfectly. Honestly if you want a mod done just contact me I know someone that is extremely realible and has a better deal on a chip then ordering it from an unrealiable source.
