Ok...
This has been anight mare from the get go.
The blue tooth? useless. you cant send any data that matters with it to anything. Just phone book and schedule. So I spent an additional $100.00 for extra memory and $40.00 for a card reader to get pictures off the phone and onto a computer. Mobile Phone tools was an additional 100.00 just to back up my phone book.

The point is, the advertising is false. You cant use your own custom MP3s for ring tones as they want to sell you thier own and a download fee from thier web site. The blue tooth link doesnt really work as any other blue tooth link does, it just saves a cable from phone to computer but no other PDA or phone. In essence, its a total misrepresntation of what the device claims. I think Telus and Verizon should be sued and possebly motorola for this one.

If there is something I dont know about how to use it, Im all ears. But I have already spent over $200.00 for additional gear on top of the phone and maybe 4 hours on tech support phones with Motorola AND Telus Mobility. The reception however is great, voice recognition is scary good and the speaker phone aspect is so good its actually practical.
