Cyclic Redundancy on Father ted series 2 part 2 disc?

I am backing up my father ted dvd's, each disc is backed up and compressed fine with shrink. Except for series 2 part 2 disc. Shrink analyses it up to about 35% and it gives me that cyclic redundancy thing?

There are a few minor and I mean Minor scratches on the disc but nothing that would stop it from playing. So, I'm wondering is this cyclic thing an error or is it because of the scratches?

Either way is there any way I can back this disc up?

try rippind with decrypter in file mode first(make a note of where it saves). then open up shrink and click the open files button and find the files you just ripped.
