because i have been waiting 4 the package over 14 days now.
they dont answer my calls nor my emails.
what is going on there ?
has anyone experienced this kind of attitude from them?

I did and it took like 3 weeks to get here because they are located in Europe.
Just wait a little more and they should get to you.

I had read somewhere earlier that they were in Europe so I just waited and didn't send them any emails.
But I have read that they usually do not reply and that isnt real good customer service.:-(

yesterday they replyed,
they said they are starting an investigation,
and that i should contact during next week,
that mean that i have to wait another 2 weeks.
what kind of service is that?
it is not a murder case!
after 2 weeks they will send me again and i will have to wait another 2 weeks.

I just told them, if i dont recieve it by this friday, that i would call the proper authorities. 3 weeks, is too long for 1 item.

i ordered a DMS ezi pro just under a month ago and have still not heard anything or recieved anything. We are all talking about www.modchip.com right? How did you get ahold of them? I can't seem to find contact info anywhere on their site.

but if they are not answering the emails why should they answer your calls?
i think they are located in germany or in the same area
i still have not heard from them , looks like the invesgtigation is not over yet.
my guess is that they did not even started one , they are waiting for me to contact them once more.
what a SHIT deal.

Hmm, i bought from them on february 21st. And asked a question the following day and got an answer after a day. Ill tell when i get my magicswap. I live in sweden tought.

Good news , the package hs been delivered.
everything is ok except tool A which doesnot fits,
so i used a paper.
it took almost 3 weeks,
it was delivered in envelope, into my mail box.
hope you guys get your stuff soon.

NOW I ordered 2 things from that site. Both shipped fine to me. I ordered the Magic Swap but ended up not wanting that even though it worked fine. I sold it to a friend. Then i ordered a HDAdvance, also worked fine and I have it right now. And yes, it is recent, I ordered it this month.
The site was great to me. It shipped when it said it was going to ship. Except for the HDAdvance, that was shipped to me a day earlier then it was scheduled but thats good.

i emailed slimtool.us and they reoplied back, i email console.com and they replied back but....when i email modchip.com they STILL havent replied. so i guess im going with console.com.

u got the HDAdvance rite?....too bad it wont work with my slim PS2...because it can't support a hard drive :(.
