HELP!!! How to copy mpeg to dvd

Can someone please tell me what program i need to copy mpeg movie files to dvd. This is all new to me.

make sure that your mpeg file is in an mpeg 2 compliant form and then use a reauthor tool like tmpgenc dvd author to add menus etc before you burn your project to disc
