splitting .avi with vdubmod, won't play split files in sequence...

I can get them cut ok, BUT when I play them with BS player they will not play in sequence (CD1,CD2) with a little dropout in between as usual, it just freezes at the end of CD1. I am using two sequential keyframes in doing this...Any idea or help much appreciated, as the place where AGK put the cut for 2 cds is just wrong.
