i'm encoding xsvcd.
a 720x480 anamorphic.

playback on a normal 4:3 interlace tv.
the problem is, i can't get it to letterbox.
it resized correctly, but pan & scan.
i've checked the dvd player, set up at pan and scan letterbox.

so, anyone know what the problem ?
i'm using QuEnc 0.59 beta2.
also tried wit dopulldown 1.0.0.0
and tmpgenc
