Alright, to save some time with looking on this site, I thought I would ask five basic questions. Just posting me a simple link to follow up one of my questions will make me happy. But if you have the time to answer my questions somewhat indepth, I would much appreciate it cool. Here they are....
Oh and before I ask the questions, I would like to add that I have an X3 chip with the EVO X dashboard the 2913 bios and a 200 GB Maxtor hard drive installed.
1) I created partitions on my hard drive, an f: of 120GB and I put the lasting 60gb on partition g: Oh, and I made the basic c: and e: partitions with my needed information. They both have about 4GB on each partition. My problem is it shows there are 0 bytes available on partition g:? What should I do to get back that 60 gb I lost?
2) I have EVO X as my dash but I would like to switch to Avalaunch. How would I go about doing this? I would like to do this because QWIX works best w/ Avalaunch and that is what I want to use to create my ISO's with.
3) I would also like to install Linux on my xbox, how would I go about doing this? I have the cromwell bios, but what else do I need? What is the XeniumOS all about?
4) I have been on XBOX Live for about 6 months now. Just last week I installed my X3 chip and my new 200GB hard drive in my ver. 1.1 xbox. Can I leave my 200 GB hard drive in when I play online or do I have to keep on swapping hard drives when I wanna play online? I'm pretty sure no LPC ports are scanned in ealier version Xbox's, or atleast that is what I have read; so really M$ has no way of knowing I have a modchip installed or a larger hard drive correct?
5) What is the best xbox friendly media for the Thompson? Also, do + or - work better in the Thompson?
Hope someone can help me out!
