i NEED HELP WITH DECODING MY PS2 GAMES... WHEN I PUT THE GAME IN IT TELLS ME IT HAS AN UNSPPORTED FORMAT....

That is not a mod... that is creating a backup of your ps2 game.

A mod (modification) is what you do to your console itself. You either need to install a modchip, use a hdd, or use SwapMagic v3.3 to boot your backups on your stock ps2.
