ok I've doing the research, and had settled on the DMS4 EZI, but with all the talk about killing ps2's on DMS site...decided against it as I have no experience with such technical things...

Q 1. anybody in Charlotte who can do it for me?

would like to get the soldered version, but the only companies that are recommended as slow to answer email, and won't give up even a ph# or address until after I've spent the money *screw face*

Q 2. where'd you get your chip done at

I'm a hustler, and that smells like hustle

the Hdd seems right up my alley, but after reading the tutorial I'm confused on a couple things...

Q 3. Do I need a chip to use the Hdd?

Do I nees swap magic disc?

Q 4. can somebody pm me about the method of putting the boot thing on memory card?
