ps2 lens Not readin anything

Well i started playing with swap magic 3.3 about a months ago and now all of a sudden the ps2 now doesnt read anything. When i start the ps2 the lens is like its dead it moves a lil with no red light up and down but thats it the disc doesnt move when i go to the browser thingyh ion the ps2 which usually tries to read the disc it just says no data it doesnt even say cannot read disc. I taught the lens might be dead so i changed it for a new one and still the same problem. Anyone may have any idea why this may be happening.
