Hi,

I have this problem, i am using windows 2000 and windows media player 6.4. My problem is that the movies i download and the vcd's i rent, usually have 2 languages. But they play at the same time. Before, i had an option to change the channel to only have one language playing. Now i don't, is there a way i can fix this.

the movies that have 2 languages are using left and right audio channels. The simple answer would be to adjust your stereo so that it only plays one channel using the L/R adjustments..

The long drawn out version would be to re-encode the video, extracting the audio channel, putting the audio through Virtual Dub and separating the channels, and then re-encoding to VCD.
