Will a spider chip v1.1 support a 160g western digital hard drive my xbox is a v1.0.

it has to do with the bios, not the chip...if you used the bios i told you to use, you should be fine with a 160gig drive

I used the X2_4983 will that work. Also thanks for your help I ripped my first game to my 8g xbox hard drive it worked fine.
