Hi peeps this is my 1st post.

1st we have Jersey Girl.
I burned using a SONY DW-U18A
I burned this using DVDXCOPY Xpress
burned at x4 speed
Burned onto DATAWRITE yellow top DVD-R/ritek go4 dye
When i play on my girlfriends DVD player which is a cheapo Busch dvd player it starts to skip & freeze about 30mins into the film.

2nd we have Van Helsing
I bruned using a (same above)
I Compressed and burned with DVD shrink.
Burned x4 speed
Did not play at all on PS2 & PC
Burned with DVDXCOPY Xpress (just film,no menu screens)
Burned onto DATAWRITE yellow top DVD-R/ritek go4 dye
Plays up until the last fight with dracula then it sarts to skip and freeze.
play on chepo busch, PS2, PC, JVC-DVD player.
Works on none.
-------------------------------------------------------
3rd we have wimbledon
Using the same dvd-r/w
Using Ritek Branded x8 dvd-r/ritek go5 dye
Used the DVD decrypter & DVD shrink method (burned with DVD decrypter)also burned at x2
Won't work on girlfriends new cheapo P&B dvd player.
Skips right from the start on PS2
haven't tried full film on JVC or PC.
-------------------------------------------------------
Last we have Terminal
Using the same DVD-r/w
Using the dvd decrypter & dvd shrink method
burned at x2
Used Ritek branded x8 dvd-r/ritek go5 dye
Skips and freezes at about 50 mins when hes playing cards on the cheapo P&B.
Same on PS2
Won't even play in the PC
& dosn't seem to skip at that part on the JVC but still haven't watch all the film on it yet.
-------------------------------------------------------
so can anyone tell me whats going wrong ?
it seems that its only these new films.
Iknow encryption gets beter but i have updated software.
Could it be the lens's in the the dvd players
or is the media that i'm using.
I've never had a problem with the DATAWRITE yellow top until VAN HELSING.
I've done THIS IS SPINAL TAP on the ritek branded ones and no problems but that is an old dvd.
Can anyone shel any light on the subject.
cheers sorry for the long post.
