Hi.

I have recently got my xbox chipped and have downloaded a few games.

The game that i have downloaded is already a .iso so can i burn this stright using DVD Decrypter or do i need to do somthing else to it before i burn it.

I did read the post on the top of the threads page and it helped a bit but im still a bit confused.

If you can please help out.

Use Nero it is a much better program. Just choose burn image files to a dvd and drag the iso file in and burn it.

An xiso won't have it's own format (in other words, it will be recognized as a .iso). If you're not sure if it is or isn't (more than likely it is) then use Craxtion to read the contents of the .iso to see if it's legit.

You could burn that file using a dvd RW disc and see if it works.. it if doesn't you can erase the disc and if it does you can then disc copy that disc to a R one..

That is what I do at times..

You might consider getting the program CloneXB.. it really makes burning Xbox backup disc's easy..
