Hello im having some trouble with a bin file

I just burned a .bin using nero with the tutorial someplace in this forum. But i dont know how to put the cue just the bin so when i installed everything i start the game it says plz insert CD 2 i do and it says not the good cd then when i insert the other one it says the same thing
