some times when i turn my xbox on and put in a game it wont recognizeit and sometimes it does can anyone tellme anything aboutit??

How old of XBOX do you have? Sounds like the laser is going out on your DVD Drive. My suggestion is to upgrade to a Samsung drive. Check around or check out my sie http://www.fixmyxbox.com
