Hi I was just wondering I have the slim PS2 so can I just Burn resident Evil outbreak to a disc and then play or do I gotta have somethin else?

You have to have a mod chip or a flip top or slide card with swap magic or some other boot disk that isn't a burned copy for the flip top or slide card. You can't just play a straight burned copy with out one of the above. You'll also need a program like DVD Decrypter or any of the many other programs. And you will also need a DNAS patcher program if you want to go online.
