HELP with patching

when i try and patch a game i get this message,
its happen with Uefa Champions League 04-05 and Mercernaires.

here is the message.
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. the system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. choose close to terminate the application.

there is two buttons 1) close and 2)Ignore

i clicked both nothing happen

please help

why your patcher is trying to access a windows on load script is beyond me i would use a hex editor on the patcher and see if you can see any uncompressed values and look to see what it is writing to your autoload scripts.

Doesnt seem right to me.
