Okay I've installed the chip and I've got the blue light on the console but the DVD drive doesn't open and I don't see any video. Now I did replace the 10GB drive with a new 40GB drive(maxtor) and the switch settings for the drive are the same as the original. The drive spins but when i hit the eject button it doesn't open. I also tried by passing the power eject mod and just plugging directly into the motherboard but still my drive doesn't open and no video Any ideas
