help, epson r200 wont print on my dvds

I just recieved my refurbished epson r200 from epson and I cannot get it to print on my dvds or the little test piece of cardboard it came with. I have all the ink cartridges in and it shows them as being full and when i put in the tray I have the arows lined up. When I try to use the epson print cd software it starts the tray to move up and everything starts to move likes going to print but after a while the tray comes back the lights start to flash and it say to press the paper feeder buton again. Is it the printer or am I doing somthing wrong?

Make sure you have enough room behind your printer for the tray to go threw.. It is probably hitting the wall or something behind the printer. Move the printer out a little way and watch the tray in come threw the back that way you will know how far out your printer needs to be.. Let me know if that solves your problems.
