After a long time I've decided to try to mod my own ps2, I decided to go with SwapMagic.

Does anyone know if I have to buy a copy of this program or is it available to obtain somewhere?

you can not copy swap magic. You should be able to find it on any major modchip site just type modchip on google and you will find lots of web sites that will have swap magic and have flip tops.
