Hey there folks.

I?m fairly new to DVD Authoring and ripping itself, so please excuse me if I?m making some fairly obvious mistake.

I?m trying to convert .avi files into DVD format, while also creating a navigation system. After first trying Nero Vision Express, and then comparing it to the results of WinAVI converter, I found WinAVI somehow converted the files so that A) I could fit more on each disk B) it took shorter time to do and C) they were much MUCH better quality.

However, Nero Vision Express has the option to create your own navigation system.

Is there any programme I can use in conjunction with WinAVI to create a navigation system for my DVD?

Many thanks,
AfterDawn Addict

DVDLab. It will import the files created by winavi, and let you do anything you want with menus and chapters, etc.

I use DVD Lab Pro a lot and it's an excellent tool.
I'm pretty sure there is a guide on it in the guides section.
