ok so I have this movie. It is in two parts, both of which are bin files. I used ULTRA ISO to convert the file to ISO. I opened the file to extract like I normally do with ISOs from Image files, but the BIN files have no TS Video files to extract. They do however have mpeg files, but they are not being read by Nero and DVDSanta. The TMPGENC Author states that the resolution not same as standard dvd, the video framerate won't work with this non standard resolution, and that the video GOP is too long. What does all this mean, and can anyone help?

.bin is a reliable format for data storage and transfer, that's why it's commonly used. *_*
Here's a simple method that should work:
Use VCDGear to convert the .bin files into mpeg format, then burn away with programs like Nero.
VCDGear is a free program downloadable from here:
http://www.vcdgear.com/
