Burning an ISO file to DVD

I have recently downloaded a movie, and it is in ISO format. How do I go about burning this to a DVD so I can actually watch it?! It took about three days to download and now I'm going crazy!
As you can probably tell, I am a bit new to this sort of thing!

Thanks for your help in advance, and please go easy on the technical stuff!!
