I am trying to install VobSub so I can play the videos that my torrent contains and when i try to install it I get this error messege...

Output folder: D:\Program Files\Gabest\VobSub\Docs
Extract: dvobsub.txt
Extract: unicode.txt
Extract: supported formats.txt
Output folder: C:\WINDOWS\system32
Extract: unrar.dll
Can't write: C:\WINDOWS\system32\vobsub.dll

EDIT: I have some more information. The torrent I downloaded contained Dragon Ball GT episodes 51-64. When I extracted them they were 2 files of the same thing but one of them was an ogg file and a SSA file. So I just thought i'd add some more information so it will be easier to figure out how to play those files.
