PSTwo Loads PS1 Copies but not PS2 Copies

i gotta Magic KX modchip in my V12 Slim PS2, it loads PS1 burnt games but it isn't loading PS2 burnt games, it by-passes the ps2 logo screen, looks as if it starts to load the ps2 burnt game but then goes straight to the menu screen
can somebody help?

I am also having the same problem with a V3 with a magic 3.1+. This one is a buddies. I have the same chip and mine works fine. I have tried all the media I can think of. The games for his work in mine. I have tried desoldering his chip and swaping it for mine. Not a damn thing seems to change anything.

If anyone has any idea, whatsoever, please let us know. I hope this thread bump yeilds a response this time around.
