Hello folks. I need some help please.
I have been given the above model Sony as a present. I have loaded the software on to my pc and when I try to download the video from the camera I get nothing. My pc deos not recognise the camera as "new hardware". I have followed the instructions to the letter but still have no file with my video on my pc.
There must be something I am doing wrong but cannot find or even understand what it is.
Can anybody help PLEASE! - Be gentle with me I am not too technically minded (it happens as you get old!!)
