Burned avi. file to DVD. Played fine on my player, but appeared as full screen. Is there a way to format that it will appear Letterbox?

not sure, but i don't think so in NVE3. i use vso's divx to dvd for mine now. i think it is faster,works better,and you can choose your aspect ratio in it
