Using the network port on the PSTwo, can I somehow transfer saved memory block to and from my PC? If so, how? If not, what is the network port used for, just online gameing?

it was developed for online gaming yes however, if you have a modchip you can use things like pukklink with other apps to transfer files from pc to mem card through network port.
