im trying to burn an SVCD i have the files...

EXT
MPEG2
SEGMENT {this folder empty}
SVCD

im using nero burning rom software, i drag the relevent files into the folders provided but the burn button at the top isnt highlighted. The files at just under 800mb, ive tried both my CD-R burner and my DVD-R burner but i still get the same.. the burn button isnt highlighed even though theres enough space on the disk. Does anyone know what is happening here?
