Now that SlySoft has released AnyDVD 4.5.8.1, making a working backup of your Region 2 "The Forgotten" DVD is now a reality:)

Just use AnyDVD 4.5.8.1 (Do NOT use any version earlier than this) to bypass the copy protection and use DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15 to make a copy of your DVD:)

DVD Decrypter does NOT crack the new Sony Arccos puppetlock versions on Region 2 "The Forgotten" DVD so at the moment, only AnyDVD 4.5.8.1 will help you in your quest!

BUT, if you are one of those that like some (not all) of the extras on DVD's and like to keep the menu's intact, then you are going to need CloneDVD2 and follow the simple steps below:

1. Rip the DVD to your HD using AnyDVD to bypass the protection and use DVD Shrink to rip the DVD.

2. Then open the files in CloneDVD2 and decide which options you wish to keep

3. Burn the DVD within CloneDVD2 but do NOT panic at the end of the write process because you will probably get an error from the program stating that there was an error in the reading process and that your DVD might not be readable, again, do NOT panic, the DVD is just fine:)

Lastest version (5.81) says it can handle the new sony arccos protection easily.
I have the latest version on my disc now, but havent gat a arccos protected movie at the moment, maybe someone can confirm when thay have a arccos protected movie.

The latest version of Decrypter will do region 2 discs with a PSL File
