I have been reading about all the problems people have been having backing games like Mercenaries, Star Wars Battlefront Etc. All of my backups have worked so far, including those two. I have only played them for a few mins just to see if they work but so far so good. Why is everyone having problems. Is it a swap magic problem or something else. Just curious because I want to mod another one of my Playstations but I don't want the same problems everyone else is having.

I think it might be a swap magic thing. I have a mod chip too and I have copied these games using the rip-apart-and-rebuild methods mentioned at this site, but I didn't try to just rip and burn like usual, so I don't know if that would have worked for me.
