getting nba street 3 to work with dvdrick patch???

has anyone been able to get the patch for nba street 3 from ps2nfo.com to work? when i try to patch it i get a message saying i'm missing files...do i need to do anything else? i've tried a few other methods also with no success. any help will be great! thanks!
