BIOS/Dashboard for Xenium Ice Solderless??

Hello, i was wondering what Bios to get for my xbox with the Xenium Ice Solderless chip, i have a version 1 xbox. And if i plan on burning my "backed up" games do i need a dashboard, if so what should i get.

THANKYOU in advance!!! In need of help im jus sitting here with the mod chip in and i dont know where to go now....... :(
