I want to buy the printable DVD-Rs. How can I choose a brand? I have Sony player (not sure what # is).

I second bb. TY's without a doubt. You also have 3 choices - hub printable, non hub printable and silver inkjet printable. Check the specs on your Sony for what media types it plays. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the older Sony's didn't like -R's. I have a newer model that plays -+R/RW.

Anything is possible but I would suspect you would have better luck with these TY's than any other brand.
