I ordered mine from www.clearxbox.com

It was really cheap and I received it within 4 days. Also the company is based in the USA.

Yeah, I got mine from www.clearxbox.com as well. I ordered it on a Sunday night and had it by that following Friday. I also ordered a new case for my PS2 there and total spent about $40. If you you are going to get Swap Magic, I reccomend replacing the case as well with a fliptop. You'll eventually burn out the motor for the disc drive using the slide tool (on top of that it is a pain in the ass). Plus it is just alot easier replacing your discs. The only downfall I found with this site is that they didn't provide any instructions on replacing the case or using Swap Magic (not like using Swap Magic is hard though). But you can find instructions to replace the case anywhere on the internet, just google it.
