Burned VCD won't play on DVD Player

My burned VCDs will play on my computer, but it just won't play on my DVD players. I am sure they both support VCDs because I can and I have played others before fine.

When inserted into Toshiba SD-2900, it attempts to play, but nothing comes up and then it just stops.
When tryed on Apex AD-1225 the menu and the sound loads, but the image is all green, red, and choppy. Tryed to forward to the next part but nothing happens.
Please help!!!
