i got keylauncher to load up all fine, i have X as register to bring up HDLoader. but when i press X to bring it up, it says:

ERROR:
The load of the program has failed. press X to return.

does anyone know what happened?

also,
all the programs on keylauncher dont work, i get the same error message for all the other apps i try to load. only cogswap app works, help please

i got mine to work now, what i did was i press start and got 3 other options, 1 of the option is something like load something from memory card, i pick that one and select HDLoader, and direct it to a button and when the keylaunch main menu comes up, i just press that button and it works, i did that too all other programs. try it
