I have DVD 200e (USB connection running under XP Pro SP1). I did use it for a while with Sonic MyDVD software. After I installed Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum, it completely blew the system. PC did not even see neither DVD nor the original CD. After uninstalling Roxio, I reinstalled DVD. But now it shows DVD 200j, not 200e. Also, original HP and SOnic software does not want to install (installation errors). Any idea?
I found thread here about 200s suggesting to remove DMA. How can one do that under XP Pro? I can't locate this property.
