I want to burn some vhs-tapes on dvd-disc and when tested, noticed bad quality. I record the material first from vhs to digital camcorder and then to pc via integrated IEEE1394. Now, if I push film back to vhs from camcorder, the quality is excellent, so the problem cannot be there. When I capture it with Studio 8 and view with my tv-out, quality is poor, like old vhs that has been watched for 555 times. Sound is weak too.
I always use best quality options in software, tried different settings in both capturing and making movie, but always bad quality. I viewed the avi-file right after capturing (no rendering or exporting) and that wasn`t good either, so that makes me suspect the capturing process.
What`s going wrong? Are there any quality issues with this program?
