a friend of my got a Japanese verion of a ps2, and hes wanted to sell me it, i was wondering if i would be able to use fliptop/swap magic on this system to play US games original and copied.

you would need jap swap magic, but it should work.

lol, no. I bought the eclipse because i thought my firebird was going to fall apart on me (whole bottom is rusted out), but its still going strong.

i didn't have any problems (had to drive about 6 hours to get it though). make sure the person your buying from has a lot of good feedback. I also got my loan through the ebay site (which i was very surpised i qualified for).
