I have a sony DRX-71oul hooked up with windowsw 2000 thru USB. I have tried everything and I cannot copy a DVD. I have Shrink, Decrypter and all. I just don't understand. I'm not computer ignorant but i'm beginning to feel that way. I have an A, C, D and E drive. the sony is on the e drive. Please help me!!!

When you put the original DVD in your drive does the computer recognize it?

With not much info the only thing I can think of is that the dvd drive is working since it is showing up as the E: drive, perhaps you need to set the drive to auto-play upon insertion.

Just a shot in the dark though.

We need to know ehre you are failing at? Can not burn is pretty vauge to say the least. How do you start your process? Or could it be you just don't know where to begin? If thats the case check out my site (link in sig)
