Ive recently bought some printable datasafe 8x dvd-r disks, but none of my back ups will work using those disks, i also tried ridata disksprintable) but no luck, so i have gone back to my old disks infiniti 4x but these are not printable!!!! :( could any one recommend any good dvd's(printable to buy that will work with backups??

What is a printable disc? I am not familiar with that term.
I have seen writable and re-writable? DVD-R or DVD-RW
