Slightly modified GCOS 1.4

This is a custom build of GCOS I made, it's exacly the same as GCOS 1.4 except some layout and design options, Basically this version of GCOS looks a little nicer and is as simple to boot discs as the latest cobra release. Check it out, the source code and precompiled dol, vgs, and gci files are included
