dvd x copy xpress will not finish step 2

I have been using xcopy for a year and its been good to me until this week. On step 2 of 2 around 40% a window appears saying error occured reading sectors:194/112. What can I do to correct this problem? The only thing I did different this week is renew my Norton Antivirus .Thanks for any help
