I recently soft-modded my xbox using the 007 AUF mod. I tried to restore my C drive from a backup so that I would be able to use xbox live, however the original dashboard doesn't come up. If there is no game in the system I get that green screen with error 21 on it. I was able to reinstall the soft mod using the AUF game, and I have downloaded a copy of the original MS Dashboard. I ftp'ed the files onto the C drive, and now I get the green screen with error 13 if there is no game in when i boot up. Does anyone know how I can use these files to restore the orginal dash or have any other ideas on how I can restore the original dashboard? Do I need to delete the all other files in the C drive? I'd appreciate any help on this. Thank you in advance
