playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. loweing your screen resolution may fix the problem.

Was attempting to watch the Mummy. The software is InterActual. At the my resolution was set to 800x600 High 16 color... the introduction screen recommended 1024x784...anyway the introdcution sceen shows nice and clear but when i hit play.. the above error message appears. I am unable to watch dvds on my pc.
Help please..

Do i need an independent dvd decoder? I do not think i have one...Where can i find a one to download????
