you also need a boot disc like swap magic to use it.

wow ur a fag lol i have the swap magic 3 discs and its just awkward...look at the difference between mine and the ones at slimtool.com those are the ones i have and then look at the displayed ones

thats because you have the magic switch, not the slim tool (should still work).

then consolepoint.com is retarded because it says slimtool and it shows the pics and stuff and i get the magic switch?? what kind of F****n service is that?? whatever ill probably end up using the tape mod and i can put in the A easy but i cant close the lid?

I put the A tool in no problem but it wont let me close the lid...this is wack ill just probably use the tape mod unless someone has a solution.

Yup, you got shafted, thats not the slimtool, with the real one you can close the ps2. Aside from buying a fliptop or REAL slimtool or modchip you don't really have options other than your tape mod if you want to have your lid closed.

look at http://www.clearxbox.com. they have something called a Ghost Switch for the slim PSTwo. It's $7 and they say it is only a 4 step very easy install.

you have been conned- what you have purhased is a magic switch which is inferior to a slimtool - thats why they advertise them as slimtools because the slimtool is a better product - buy your slimtool from the manufacturer at http://www.slimtool.co.uk
the slimtool is so much better than the magic switch as there are no warranty issues.
