does anyone have a list of game that can be abcked up without bring rebuilt

lets put it this way.

only a couple of the new games and some of the old games need to be rebuilt. all the others, you just need to use DVD Decrypter.

Here's a small list of the ones I have had to rebuild out of the 200+ backups that I have:
1. Bloodrayne 2
2. Xenosaga
3. Champions of Norrath
4. The Guy Game
5. Mercenaries
6. Gran Turismo 4
That last one (GT4), I have not successfully backed up, even though I did try rebuilding it. Unfortunately no one has a working backup of that game yet. Hope this helps.
